The proof

We don't have a track record yet. So here's the standard we'll be judged against.

Every organization at this stage dresses up early momentum as evidence. We're doing the opposite: publishing the bar before we clear it.

What we'll publish, for every program

  1. What it funded.

    Down to the line item.

  2. What it delivered.

    Counted, verified, dated.

  3. What it cost.

Cost per outcome, not just total spend.

  4. Money held vs money deployed.

    No mystery reserves.

  5. Time from funding to launch.

    How long your dollar waited.

  6. What we got wrong.

And what we changed because of it.

The honest version of overhead

Nobody gets 100% of your dollar to the work.

Anyone who says they do is paying for the rest somewhere you can't see.

We'll publish the split: what reached the program, what it cost to run DAD, and why.

The live ledger

Not an annual PDF. A running public record.

Including the parts that don't make us look good.

What we stand on

  1. Proof over promise.

We publish what happened, even when it's unflattering. A report written by the party being judged isn't evidence.

  2. Dignity is not negotiable.

Radical transparency applies to our operations. Never to a person's hardest month. No member appears in our story without their consent, and they can take it back.

  3. Efficiency is a moral position.

Every dollar absorbed by structure is a dollar that didn't reach the work. Waste is an ethics failure, not just an ops one.

  1. Participation over patronage.

Donors, partners, volunteers and members are on the same side of the same effort.

  2. Build in the open.

The model, the numbers, the mistakes. Once it's proven, the system itself goes to the sector.

We won't promise every initiative is perfect. We'll promise to measure it, publish it, and tell you how we did or what we could have done better.
